കണ്ണാടി.എച്ച്.എസ്സ്.എസ്
നിളയുടെ കൈവഴിയായ കണ്ണാടിപ്പുഴയുടെ തീരത്തു സ്ഥിതി ചെയുന്ന കണ്ണാടിഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെ അഭിമാനസ്തംഭമായ സരസ്വതീക്ഷേത്രം കണ്ണാടി ഹൈസ്കൂൾ 14 .07 .1982 ൽ സ്ഥാപിതമായി. അന്നത്തെ ഡി.ഇ.ഓ. സി.വൈ കല്യാണിക്കുട്ടി അമ്മയുടെ അധ്യക്ഷതയിൽ ചേർന്ന യോഗത്തിൽ വെച്ച് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർ വി.ഉണ്ണികൃഷ്ണവാരിയർ ഉദ്ഘടനം നിർവഹിച്ചു 1983 -84 വർഷത്തിൽ 9 ഉം 1984 -85 വർഷത്തിൽ 10തും ക്ലാസുകൾ നിലവിൽ വന്നു .
ഭൗതികസൗകര്യങ്ങൾ
മൂന്ന് ഏക്കർ ഭൂമിയിലാണ് വിദ്യാലയം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ഹൈസ്കൂളിന് 5 കെട്ടിടങ്ങളിലായി 45ക്ലാസ് മുറികളും ഹയർ സെക്കണ്ടറിക്ക് ഒരു കെട്ടിടത്തിലായി 16 ക്ലാസ് മുറികളുമുണ്ട്. അതിവിശാലമായ ഒരു കളിസ്ഥലം വിദ്യാലയത്തിനുണ്ട്.

റീഡിംഗ് റൂമോടു കൂടിയ പതിനായിരത്തോളം വൈവിധ്യമാർന്ന പുസ്തകങ്ങൾ ഉള്ള രണ്ടു ലൈബ്രറികൾ ഹൈസ്കൂൾ വിഭാഗത്തിനും ഹയർസെക്കണ്ടറി വിഭാഗത്തിനും വേറെ വേറെയായുണ്ട്.

1982 ആരംഭം കുറിച്ച കണ്ണാടി ഹൈസ്കൂൾ ഇപ്പോൾ പാലക്കാട് ജില്ലയിലെ ഏറ്റവും മികച്ച വിദ്യാലയങ്ങളിലൊന്നായി തീർന്നിരിക്കുകയാണ്. കണ്ണാടി സ്കൂളിന്റെ മാനേജർ സ്ഥാനം വഹിക്കുന്ന ഈ വേളയിൽ ഏറ്റവും അഭിമാനകരമായ നേട്ടങ്ങളാണ് സ്കൂൾ കൈവരിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. പഠനത്തിലായാലും കലാകായിക രംഗങ്ങളിലായാലും ഏറ്റവും മികച്ചതും ഗുണനിലവാരത്തിലും ഉള്ള മുന്നേറ്റമാണ് സ്കൂൾ കരസ്ഥമാക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത്. സ്കൂൾ മാനേജർ എന്ന നിലയിൽ സ്കൂളിലെ എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളിലും നേതൃസ്ഥാനത്തു നിന്ന് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുവാനുള്ള ഭാഗ്യം എനിക്ക് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
